--Korea Cable Market Service Support Work Exchange Meeting Held

        Taking advantage of the holding of the Semi-annual Cable Sales Seminar on July 13th, at 13 pm on July 13th in the Group's Administration Building, No. 7 Conference Room, the cable company organized a market service support work exchange meeting attended by various relevant departments.

       The theme of this meeting is: "Good communication, create an efficient team". Mr. Wei, Cable Company, Xu Chunya, Minister of Finance, Ding Xianfen, Minister of Production Technology, Ren Meifang, Minister of Logistics and Purchasing, Regional Managers in Sales Department, and Internal Technical Business Support Personnel attended the meeting, which was chaired by Deng Lidong, the marketing director of the cable company.

       The meeting discussed the working process and existing problems in the pre-sales support, after-sales service, and internal department connection during the entire sales process in the first half of the year; including technical support, slow provision of bid qualification documents, too long production and supply cycles, and logistics The distribution problem, the unconventional product quotation process is slow, the customer reconciliation, the billing problem, and many other aspects, and proposes solutions to some of the details that are insufficient. President Wei and the heads of various departments carefully listened to the various existing problems and suggestions raised by the regional managers, and discussed and determined the process improvement opinions and work improvement measures on the spot. Full communication and discussion through the meeting, as well as subsequent process improvement work, will build a united, collaborative, and efficient operation service support platform for future market sales work.
